I scoured through the numerous boxes I am living out of to find some of my scrap booking supplies and starting making cards as homemade Christmas gifts. I found that I felt even more imaginative with my designs. It felt good to get back on the saddle again!
“As we drive along this road called life, occasionally a gal will find herself a little lost. And when that happens, I guess she has to let go of the coulda, shoulda, woulda, buckle up and just keep going.”-Carrie Bradshaw

Got My Creative Groove Back
I've experienced a bit of a creative slum over the past few months. It took much self reflection, but I realized the last time I truly crafted was sitting on the porch making hairbows with Becky for the kids. Despite I only had the joy of knowing her for a few years, I feel blessed for all that I learned from her and the moments we shared together. Amazingly enough, a little self-realization goes a long way.

This one was actually experienced a glue mishap during the last step, but with some ingenuity I managed to salvage it. Turns out, I actually like it better than the original.
