Returning (Again!)

I'm quite sad to say that seemingly everytime I get back on the blogging bandwagon, something happens that puts me away for weeks at a time. This time, it was my faceplanting in our icy driveway. 3 weeks down flat and drugged up, another 2 weeks catching up on life in general and finally here I am again!

The wedding planning is going beautifully! All vendors are booked, discussions with the florist have begun and we're continuously writing checks for what seems like the rest of our lives lol. Although, I know that through all of the hard work, love, support (and yes money) everybody has shown our special day will be nothing short of magical!

Bridesmaid dresses have been selected and this past Sunday, our families hosted a Bridal Brunch for me and the girls.  What a special day! The men served a menu of Strawberry and Blueberry Salad and Seafood Bisque in breadbowls with champagne punch. Yum! The punch table displayed pics of us together throughout the years and the table dining setting was just as stunning!

Also, before falling myself out of commission, I was able to squeeze in a few holiday projects. One of which was a DIY Fashion Design kit for our 10 year old niece.
