As usual, I couldn't just go home, sit and relax. I continued to enhance our decorations, wrap presents, and clean out the closet (to make room for all of the Christmas presents that Santa will soon bring!)
This year has brought so many changes to my life with more to come as this will be my Christmas Eve away from my parents. I am of course sad in a way that Christmas morning will be different, but I am so thankful that I still have my parents and so many family members on Earth to celebrate with. Phil will certainly be missed this Christmas and all the others to come, but we know he will be there in spirit. I am excited to spend it with Matt and taking photos of all the kids as they tear into their stacks of presents. Photos will definitely come as I'm sure it will be quite the scene!
