“As we drive along this road called life, occasionally a gal will find herself a little lost. And when that happens, I guess she has to let go of the coulda, shoulda, woulda, buckle up and just keep going.”-Carrie Bradshaw

Tis the Season

Another busy week gone!

The bedroom is officially blue and I LOVE IT thanks to the help of my friends Shannon (who is thankfully tall) and Aubrey (who rolls on paint faster than the speed of light). Pictures to come soon-as you will see below I haven't been home to clean first. My mother would be very disappointed if I posted pictures of my messy bedroom on the Internet.

Saturday morning after touching up the bedroom paint, I (finally) put up the 3' tree in the kids' room then
that afternoon brought us to the Warthman household where we decorated for a 2nd time this season!
The tree was awesomely huge and rugged.

I spent Sunday afternoon perusing the Zanesville Pottery and antique shops with Mom, Dad, and Aunt C. I found some really great gifts that I cannot mention on here as they are for a few of the people who read this blog. Also, Dad and Mom found a new bench for Nanny's vanity for a great price. All it needs is painted and recovered (1 project down, +2 added- sigh to the never ending cycle of the eternal project manager). Photos to come upon completion of course!
Sunday evening was spent at the Reynolds' homestead as they finished decorating Glenda's for the holidays. It is of course nothing short of lovely.

Also, Sunday evening brought the first snow of the season to Columbus-BAH HUMBUG you white fluffy stuff!

But seriously though, there is nothing like ringing in the Christmas season surrounded by my awesome friends and family :o)

Olympic Paint-Crescendo and supplies $45.00
