Ingredients:
- Steak tips or round sirloin
- EVOO
- Garlic
- Lettuce
- Green pepper
- Carrots
- Fresh mozzarella cheese
- Red onion
- Salt and Pepper
- Kroger's Sun-Dried Tomato dressing
Directions:
Preheat EVOO and garlic in a non-stick skillet. Cook steak to desired level (I prefer medium rare). Remember that your meat will continue to cook while resting. Remove from skillet once done and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes before cutting.
Chop vegetables and break off chunks of fresh mozzarella and place onto bed of chopped lettuce. Season with salt and pepper, top with steak and drizzle with dressing. Enjoy :)
